Advancement / Alumni

The Office of Advancement began in the summer of 2008. Advancement is responsible for; fundraising activities, which includes the Fund for Excellence (annual fund) and the EITC program; enrollment of new students Preschool – Grade 8; alumni relations; communication efforts of OLP and special events planning, such as Parent Information Evening and Grandparents’ and Grandfriends’ Day.

The school recently went through a process of developing a Strategic Management System (SMS). The SMS was headed up by the Office of Advancement, The Strategic Management Team (comprised of administration, a faculty member and parents) and the OLP School Board. This system will be implemented over the next 3 – 5 years.
